In a collaboration with the MacDonald Lab from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Lili and Dr. Latham published a paper in Nucleic Acids Research entitled "The structural basis of CstF-77 modulation of cleavage and polyadenylation through stimulation of CstF-64 activity." Petar Grozdanov and Dr. MacDonald have been studying CstF for some time and approached us last year for a collaboration to do the NMR structural studies of the protein-RNA complex.
